Child Yoga helps the children between 3-7 years of age to direct their energies in the most correct way while it supports the development of their musculoskeletal systems healthily and properly. During the yoga practice, they learn how to set a game, recognize their bodies, activate their imagination and remain calm and rational in the face of incidents.
Youth and Teenager Yoga
Teenager Yoga is one of our major supporters in the period of transition from childhood in the range of 7-13 years of age to the adolescence. The physical changes arising in this period due to the hormones aim to get over the anxieties associated with school-social environment- individuation and exams, peacefully and readily in psychological aspect.
